AI Policy Kit generates template documents from the answers you provide. The documents are general information, not legal advice, and no lawyer-client relationship is created. Laws differ by jurisdiction and change over time. You are responsible for reviewing the documents, ideally with a qualified professional, and for how you use them.

Licence

Single Policy and Complete Kit purchases grant a licence to use the generated documents within one organisation (the company named in your answers) and to edit and regenerate them for 12 months. The Consultant Licence grants a licence to generate documents for an unlimited number of client organisations and to remove our attribution. You may not resell the generator itself or redistribute the documents as templates.

Refunds

If the documents are not useful to you, email kit@wizeb.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, and revoke access to the purchased downloads.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which handles applicable taxes. Prices are in US dollars.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on the documents without professional review.
