Privacy policy

What we collect

• The answers you enter in the generator. They stay in your browser (localStorage) until you save or buy, at which point they are stored on our servers so we can generate and re-generate your documents.
• Your email address and payment details are collected by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, when you buy. We receive your email and the payment reference; we never see card numbers.
• Anonymous usage analytics: page views, generator steps and purchases, with a random browser identifier and no cookies. We may also use Microsoft Clarity for aggregate usage insights.
• Messages you send through the contact form.

How we use it

To generate your documents, deliver your purchase, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your answers to train AI models.

Retention and rights

Saved kits are kept so you can regenerate them for 12 months after purchase, then deleted within a further 12 months. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing kit@wizeb.com. If you are in the EU or UK you have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

Processors

Netlify (hosting), Neon (database), Dodo Payments (payments and tax), Resend (transactional email), Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Data may be processed in the United States and the EU under standard contractual clauses.
